All sorts of people come to Trico Centre to work out, including fitness buffs. Here are a few plusses of working out at Trico.

  • drop-in classes (more than 70 a week) are included for Passholders - many endurance, resistance training, and high-intensity interval options
  • drop-in class not "pre-programmed" so each class is fresh; instructors are very experienced and qualified
  • Olympic Platforms including 3 half squat, 2 full squat, and 1 Smith, bumper plates and platforms, plate-loaded 
  • Large selection of free weights, weight machines, portable equioment, and cardio machines
