This section provides important information and updates for existing Trico Centre Members.

Annual Members Loyalty Program

On January 1st, 2012 Trico Centre introduced a new loyalty program for all members who have had a membership for 12 months or more. If you are eligible, you will receive ONE FREE MONTH for your second and all subsequent years with the renewal of your annual membership in our facility. Members Referral Program

All of our members are encouraged to introduce their family and friends to our facility. When you renew your membership you are given a one week free trial to pass along to someone that you think might want to join our facility. If your referral is successful, Trico Centre will give you a free gym bag as our thanks for your referral. Also, if you want to refer another friend, just check in at Guest Services and they will provide you with another one week free trial for your friend.

Cancelation Policy & Procedures

Annual and Continuous passes may be canceled or can be put on hold due to medical reasons with a doctors note. 1, 4 month memberships and 10 visit passes are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be put on hold.

Annual Memberships: Submit in writing notice of intention to cancel 30 days in advance. Refund will be prorated on portion of pass less a cancelation penalty of 20% of pass purchase.
Continuous Memberships: In the first year of your continuous pass the cancelation is the same as for our annual pass (see above). After one full year on a continuous pass, you may cancel your pass with 30 days notice with no penalty.
