Account Update Procedures

1. To update your mailing address or e-mail address please fill out the e-mail form below or visit Guest Services.

2. To change your payment information or credit card information, put a hold on your membership with a doctor's note, update your mailing address or e-mail address, or cancel your membership, download and print the Account Update Form and either mail it or bring to Trico Centre Guest Services.
