On-Site Childcare

Trico Centre's Kids Korner has a great reputation along with a team of nurturing, qualified staff. Members and non-members can drop off their children in our safe, welcoming environment and work out with peace of mind.

Children aged newborn to ten years can come to Kids Korner. Maximum length of stay is two hours. For rates and policies see below or read our 2013 Kids Korner Brochure.

Hours of Operation 

• The Childcare schedule is affected by statutory holidays, holiday weekends, and school breaks.

Monday to Friday
8:30am - 3:30pm

EXTENDED HOURS: September to June Only (Must Pre-Book 24 Hours in Advance)
Monday to Thursday Evenings
5:00 - 8:00pm
Saturdays 9:00am - 3:00pm

2013 Childcare Fees

Hourly Rate:   $5.50/child
10-Hour Pass: $50/child
30-Hour Pass: $135/child

Policies

• The parent/guardian must remain in the building while your children attend Kids Korner.
• The maximum stay for children is two hours per use
• Please bring disposable diapers, Wet Ones and any other items required for diaper changes.
• Please label food items, bottles, and diaper bags.
• Please provide a light snack and drink for your child. It is the parent’s responsibility to feed meals to their child/children before coming to our facility.
• All formula baby bottles must be prepared if the child will require a bottle during their visit.
• Please let us know if your child has any allergies. Nuts, peanut butter or eggs are NOT permitted in the childcare area to ensure that children with allergies are not put in danger.
• No child will be admitted with a cold, flu, fever or any other communicable illness. Should your child become ill while at Kids Korner, the parent/guardian will be notified and asked to pick up their child immediately, so that we may safeguard the health of  other children.
