General Information
You do not need to be a member to register for our programs, however all members receive a 20% discount on programs, (except for registered fitness programs which are 50% off for members) as well as 24 hour priority registration on all of our programs.
To view information on our programs, or to inquire about any program, click on the barcode of your selected class which will take you to the pre-registration page. Fill out all of the information and submit. Our staff will telephone you as promptly as possible to inform you of program availability and to officially register you for the program. We will accept Visa, American Express or MasterCard so please have your card number and expiry date available. Please note that your registration is not confirmed until our staff accepts payment by credit card number.
Please be aware that all Trico Centre programs listed on the website cannot indicate if a program has been cancelled due to insufficient registration or if a program has been postponed or combined with another program. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with any updated program information.
It is important to register in the correct level (swimming or skating) because the listing of programs are listed in alphabetical order, not skill level.
Why Good Programs Get Cancelled
When we check class registration and we do not have minimum participant requirements, the program is cancelled or postponed.
Registering at the last minute is not likely to save a program - so please register early.
Registration Options
1. In Person Please come to our Guest Services desk at Trico Centre.
Monday - Friday: 6:00 am - 10:00 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am - 9:00 pm
Sunday: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
Full payment must accompany registration:
- Cash
- Debit
- Mastercard, Visa & American Express
- Cheque payable to Trico Centre (note a $25 service fee will be charged on NSF cheques)

Our staff will require:
- program name and session dates
- participant's name, address & phone number
- we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please have card # and expiry date available.
If the telephone is busy please leave a message on our voicemail system and we will return your call as promptly as possible.
We are working to improve our registration systems with E-Registration coming in 2010.
