KIDSPORT SUBSIDIES APPLICATION
1. All programs are subject to cancellation, pending adequate registration. Every effort will be made to transfer to a suitable alternate program. If this is not possible a full refund will be issued within 2 weeks or you may choose to leave a credit on your account to be applied to a future program.
2. Payment: Debit, Visa, American Express, Mastercard and cheques payable to the Trico Centre are accepted. A $25.00 service fee will be charged on NSF cheques.
3. Program fees cover access to the facility for participation in the program only on the dates and times listed. Program fees do not include facility admission before or after the program.
4. Refunds: All refund requests under $5.00 will be credited to your Trico Centre account. Refunds will be issued for the reasons stated below only and are subject to a $15.00 (+GST) administration fee or you may choose to leave a credit on your account (which must be used within 3 months). The cancellation fee will be waived when you use this credit option.
The cancellation fee will be waived on refunds if there is a:
- Death in the family

Out of town relocation
5. Transfers:
a) transfer requests to other programs are permitted within the same session, but must be received no later than 5 days prior to course commencement.
b) if a transfer request results in an increase in program fees, those fees must be paid for at time of the transfer request.
6. Participant Risk Acknowledgement and Information: As a condition of participation in this program, the participant does so at his/her own risk and Trico Centre will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury in conjunction with such participation. The participant or parent/guardian of the participant agrees to pay for any ambulance services required and authorizes Trico Centre to send participant directly to the hospital by ambulance at their discretion.
7. All participants with a disability, allergy and/or medical condition which may affect their participation in a program must inform our staff at time of registration.
