Summer Drop-In Group Fitness Schedule (effective July 1) 50 drop-in fitness classes so you can stay active all summer long!
This summer we will have more drop-in fitness classes than any summer before. Fifty classes including aqua, spin, zumba, kickboxing, yoga, cardio, step, gentle fit, TRX, pump and more. Everything you need to keep active over the summer and all FREE with membership.

 

With a Trico Centre membership, you get free bootcamp classes, free aqua fitness, free yoga and Pilates, and free spin bike classes. During the Fall and Winter, we offer over 65 Free group fitness classes every week for you to choose from (class schedule is reduced in spring and summer months based on demand) - that is more classes FREE with membership than almost any other fitness centre.  Non-members can also participate with payment of our regular drop in admission fee. Classes include yoga, Pilates, boot camps, spin classes, TRX, aqua fitness, cardio, sculpt and more.

Group Fitness is a great way to "shake up" your workout, meet some other members, try something new and keep your fitness fresh and fun.
